At Auscens, we strive to deliver your fragrances safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy for full details on how we process and deliver orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship through trusted courier partners across the country.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Local / Within City: 1–3 business days

  • Other Cities / Nationwide: 3–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply and will be shown at checkout.

  • Occasionally, Auscens may offer free shipping promotions.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email.

  • You can use the tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Auscens is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer not being available to receive the package

  • Wrong contact information

If the order is returned to us due to incorrect details, the customer may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incomplete package:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos or videos as proof.

We will investigate and send a replacement or resolve the issue as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping (Optional Section)

If you plan to offer international delivery later, use this section.
If not, you can remove it.

  • International shipping may take 7–21 business days depending on country and customs.

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.
